PiWars update: menu control system

Just to catch up and remind folk: Shetty is a caving rescue robot. It has a caving helmet and light. Inside the light is an OLED screen, neopixels and the camera. The light knob has been hard wired to control a menu on the OLED screen.
It's super cool!
